It's that time of year... Time to fill up the summer schedule! Pencil in some Art events while there's still some wiggle room in your calendar... and have an 'Art-full' summer.

July 12 : Sunday 2:00 to 3:00 pm; Brushes in the Wild : Art, Nature & Unexpected Encounters. Talk and slide show - Learn more about painting outside, see my outdoor set up, hear about the beautiful landscapes I've painted in and watch short video clips of some unexpected wildlife encounters... with a grizzly bear, a sea otter, an eagle, a bull moose, a weasel and more. Join me at the Hoffman Center for the Arts, 594 Laneda Ave. Manzanita, OR.

May 15 thru September 25, Fridays 4 pm to 7 pm, Manzanita Farmers Market; I will be there just about every Friday painting and spreading creativity and art as far and wide as I can! To do just that, I've made some fun things for the Market this year. I guess you'll have to come see ;-) I'll have our new children's book, There's a Weasel On My Easel! for sale too! You'll find me across from the band.

AND, I'm drawing a large community coloring page - 3 feet by 3 feet - for each Market, like the one above. They are all inspired by my paintings of the Market from last season. The coloring page and markers will be at the main Manzanita Market Booth near the entry area. Stop by and add your creativity to the mix!
